Team:

Som Saini: A highly experienced CA professional and has worked in various corporates at senior levels and with all-round exposure. Prior to co-founding BRICS, he was CFO of Indian Energy Ltd., a renewable energy company and CFO of ACG Pam Pharma Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a pharma machinery manufacturing company. He started his career with Aditya Birla Group where he served for 11 years in Indo Gulf Fertilisers and Grasim. While working at senior positions in finance he was handling project financing and private equity capital fund raising exercise. He steered the financial policies and financial reporting and was involved in the establishing joint ventures with leading European machinery manufacturers and implementation of the business wise Strategic Business Units (SBUs) structure. He was a key player in establishing the wholly owned subsidiary in USA to cater to machinery sale business in USA. He has worked extensively in finance, accounts, tax & commercial areas at manufacturing location and corporate finance function. He qualified his Chartered Accountancy in 1995 from ICAI, New Delhi and did his B.Com (Hons) from M D University, Rohtak, Haryana.

Hema Thakur:  A Retired Banker, Ex-DGM of IDBI Bank. Prior to joining BRICS, worked with IDBI Bank for more than 37 years and has vast experience in all facets of Corporate Banking. Has long exposure in appraisal of new projects including Power projects/ modernization/Expansion of projects, assessment/sanction of working capital limits, monitoring implementation of long gestation projects, preparation of loan documents, management of NPAs, turning around of sick companies etc. Has been part of credit, appraisal and audit departments. Has appraised many proposals in the services sector also. Has handled small to large Corporates. Has been the branch head of large corporate branch in Mumbai and also part of credit, stressed assets arms of IDBI in Mumbai.

Minaxi Saini:  Prior to co-founding BRICS, she has demonstrated her entrepreneurial skills in building the business from scratch. She has a rich and varied experience of setting up a startup of chains in service sector in Mumbai. She handles customer relations and administration. She is a post graduate from Kurukshetra University.

Pratik Dhandharia:  A through CA professional. Prior to joining BRICS, he has worked on assignments in banking, textiles and pharma companies in Mumbai. He has a good exposure in the field of dealing with corporate clients for advisory, assurance, compliance and finance. He is a Chartered Accountant and has done his B.com from Mumbai University.
